For Younger People

    The young people of St. Thomas are very likely our busiest members.  They are active in the diocesan youth events, support many outreach ministries each year such as Special Session and Invisible Children, and work throughout the year on projects within the parish. Our high school youth have been actively involved in the spiritual renewal movement called Happening for many years and our real young people, the RYP, begin participating in youth events in the fifth grade.     EYC and YP groups are led by a paid youth minister and meet weekly during the school year to grow stronger in the faith through study, service and fun.  One highlight each year is the Youth Sunday service in the spring where our young people lead the worship, music, and preach.  St. Thomas youth enjoy the full support of the parish, with one member of our youth elected to the vestry each year.
